A progressive HR services provider is seeking an HR Adviser & Projects to join their dynamic team in Tamworth. This hybrid role involves delivering timely HR advice and leading initiatives to streamline HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge and experience in an advisory capacity. A competitive salary of £36,000 to £38,000 is offered, along with benefits including generous leave and healthcare plans.
We’re looking for a proactive, business-minded HR Adviser & Projects to join our dynamic HR team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees ensuring our policies remain current, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
This hybrid role combines day-to-day HR support with strategic project delivery. You’ll lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance compliance, streamline processes, and improve overall performance. From designing and managing internal policies to implementing HR systems, your work will help shape the future of our people operations.
You’ll play a central role in the organisation-wide rollout of the annual Performance & Appraisal Process. This involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to introduce performance moderation and align compensation and rewards with individual and team outcomes—ultimately fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £36,000 to £38,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
