We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a six-month contract. This pivotal role will provide vital support to our HR Consultants and Recruitment Officer, enabling them to drive forward our Transformation Plan for our People Systems Program. We aim to deliver meaningful improvements in the ways we support our people and strengthen our Human Capital Management.

This role is offered on a 37-hour basis, Monday to Friday. The role is mainly based at our Town Hall but may require travel to our Metcalf Way depot and Tilgate sites based on business needs. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are proud to offer flexible working arrangements. Typically, you will be required to be in the office 2 to 3 days a week, ensuring a balance of collaboration and flexibility.
