You’ll be at the heart of our HR service – advising managers and staff on policies, procedures, and employment law, and providing expert support on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases. You’ll lead the way on new starter inductions, probation reviews, and staff engagement initiatives, helping to create a smooth and supportive onboarding experience. Your eye for detail will keep our HR systems accurate and up to date, and you’ll produce regular and ad-hoc workforce reports to support informed decision-making. You’ll also play a key role in delivering HR projects that improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience. What we're looking for:

•Proven experience in a people-focused role, with strong interpersonal skills and a consistently professional approach.

• CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards.

• A trusted team player who handles confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

• Calm, adaptable, and resilient under pressure, with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage a busy workload, meet deadlines, and juggle competing demands.
