HR Adviser, 11 month FTC - Education Sector - West Yorkshire - c£32,000


This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Adviser or HR Generalist to join a leading Educational organisation based in West Yorkshire.


Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing HR Generalist advice and guidance on recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing advice and guidance around internal HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting managers with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Coaching managers through people related matters including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Working closely with the HR Manager to monitor people analytics to identify trends
  • Supporting the HR team with review Group HR policies


You should be an HR Adviser or HR Generalist with a good knowledge of HR best practice. Experience of providing advice and guidance to managers including on ER issues needs to be combined with an ability to support managers with recruitment. Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset is essential.
