What You'll Do
  • Be the go-to coach for all things ER - absence, grievances, performance, disciplinaries, and more.
  • Drive change by supporting transformation projects.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and help them lead with confidence and clarity.
  • Use people data to spot trends and drive continuous improvement across the business.
  • Partner on recruitment, onboarding, training design and culture initiatives.
  • Keep us sharp on employment law, and help shape inclusive, up-to-date people policies.

  • You've got CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or you're well on the way).
