The Openwork Partnership is seeking an HR Adviser to deliver comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle. Based in Swindon, this dynamic role focuses on operational excellence during a transformative period, requiring a strong HR generalist with a CIPD qualification. As a HR Adviser, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, end-to-end support across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, wider HR team, and the business, you will ensure all HR services are delivered efficiently and in line with our service level agreements (SLAs).
You’ll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, helping to build a high-performing HR Operations function that supports the delivery of our broader HR strategy.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the HR team, ensuring we maintain high standards of service during a period of transformation and change.
