A look into the role
You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will also guide and coach people managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance issues, absences, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will be responsible for delivering on our people strategy, initiatives, and the annual people experience cycle.
