Job description

We’re recruiting for a confident and proactive HR Adviser to join our clients team in North Lanarkshire.

This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite, with regular travel across central Scotland—so a full UK driving licence is essential, however a vehicle can be provided. In this position you’ll work closely with operational managers and site teams, helping to build a strong people culture and driving best practice in all areas of HR.

About the Role:

As an HR Adviser, you’ll provide expert, hands-on support across a broad range of HR functions, including:

  • Employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • Supporting managers with performance and capability issues
  • Recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assisting with HR policy development and implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures
  • Contributing to key HR projects across the organisation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland as required
