We are looking for an HR Advisor who will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive human resource support to leaders and employees within our organization. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for connecting with people, is a true collaborator, a trusted advisor, and HR innovator.
Reporting to the HR Team Lead, Functions, you will primarily support the Functions portfolio in the London and EMEA region:
Partnering with HRBPs to identify and prioritize people priorities to support the business strategy and HR operational delivery.
Support case management, investigations, grievances, and complaints while being aligned to the employee relations strategy.
Participate in or lead multiple cross-functional initiatives, providing HR subject matter expert input and project leadership.
Provide knowledge and experience in key areas such as employee relations, building leader capability, HR systems and processes, organizational change, and HR projects.
Maintain complex stakeholder relationships and demonstrate leadership by engaging effectively at all levels of the business.
Offer guidance and support in extensive case management files in collaboration with BCO.
