Anderson Knight is proud to be recruiting for an experienced and proactiveHR Adviseron behalf of our client, a leading organisation operating in a dynamic environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional to take ownership across a wide remit, supporting the full employee lifecycle and playing a key role in promoting a positive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, handling complex cases and ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Coach managers to enhance HR capability and respond to staff queries effectively.
  • Lead absence management, welfare cases, and coordinate medical assessments.
  • Promote employee wellbeing and manage the occupational health provider relationship.
  • Advise on performance reviews, training, and job descriptions; support delivery of engagement and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Support payroll and finance on pay matters; assist with salary reviews, benefits promotion, and contract renewals.
  • Draft, update, and roll out HR policies; deliver training and ensure legal compliance.
  • Drive recruitment and retention improvements while ensuring audit readiness.
  • Produce HR reports, analyse workforce data, and support statutory reporting requirements.
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and data protection standards; support investigations and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver HR services within budget and contribute to achieving KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and represent HR professionally.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • In-depth understanding of UK employment legislation and best HR practice.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in handling complex casework and data analysis.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is advantageous.
