Our client, a trusted partner of the UKs Ministry of Defence, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrator to support a key data digitisation initiative. The role involves reviewing and preparing legacy paper-based personnel files for electronic archiving. You will be responsible for identifying and removing non-essential documents to ensure only relevant and compliant records are retained for scanning and digital storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently to review and organise personnel folders.
- Identify and remove non-essential documents for secure disposal.
- Place essential documents into appropriate categories and reassemble folders accurately.
- Follow guidance provided to distinguish between critical and non-critical HR documentation.
- Learn and apply principles of Group Data Protection legislation to ensure compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Support the digitisation process by preparing files for electronic storage.
