We're currently recruiting a dedicated HR Administrator to support our operations on a full-time basis, contracted for 40 hours per week.

Please note: this role is based onsite in Tonbridge and is not remote or hybrid.

As an HR Administrator, you'll maintain high standards of quality work and have the opportunity to grow your career within a company that values its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards exceptional performance.

You will support our managers and staff throughout their career journey with us, ensuring a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Producing contracts and offer letters
  • Managing employee absences
  • Uniform management
  • Participating in HR projects
