Job Title: HR Administrator (Remote)

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Remote

Salary: £13 - £17 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Overview

Apply4U is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join their team remotely on behalf of our client. This role suits someone passionate about people operations and with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily HR administration tasks
  • Manage employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and support new starter processes
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance
  • Address general HR queries from employees
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, PeopleHR)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous
  • Remote work with flexible hours
