Job summary

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an excellent local business to recruit a HR Administrator, on a full-time permanent basis. This is a unique business which has experienced considerable growth in recent years due to their specialist product offering and talented internal team.

The role is based on-site in Belfast, with a Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm schedule. The salary ranges up to £28,000–£30,000 depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A strong HR administrator, who is confident working in a busy environment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with a strong eye for detail.
• Experience with recruitment tasks and onboarding processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks including arranging appointments, data entry and reporting.
• Assisting recruitment activities, RTW checks, and producing contracts alongside onboarding.
• Collaborating with managers and other internal departments throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining internal files, monitoring forms, and tracking absences.
