An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and professional individual with experience in HR Administration to join the HR department at MDCV UK. The role involves acting as a representative of the HR function, delivering excellent service in people-related administration, and ensuring professional handling of the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage people administration, including documentation and accurate recording on Chronicle (HR Software). Support managers with correspondence such as change of contract letters, VOCs, leaver confirmation letters, and probation letters, ensuring signed documents are uploaded appropriately.
- Track and ensure all necessary documents from colleagues and managers are collected, including signed T&C’s, escalating issues as needed. Monitor and record employee training and certifications to meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel files in line with GDPR, including filing, uploading paperwork, and disposing of obsolete documentation.
- Support the onboarding process from start to finish, including setting up new colleagues on Chronicle.
- Assist the Head of HR with leaver experience meetings and update relevant trackers.
- Support recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, initial shortlisting, and first contact with candidates for junior and mid-level roles.
- Coordinate with payroll regarding contract queries, leavers, starters, and contract variations.
- Assist with employee benefits and promotions, communicating changes and liaising with the Finance department.
- Help update policies and procedures as directed by the Head of HR.
- Participate in company-wide HR projects when requested.
