HR Admin - Immediate Start

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a wonderful company based in Nuneaton. We are looking for an exceptional HR Administrator for an exciting temporary opportunity in the head offices of this well-known brand. This is an initial month to two-month temporary role but could have longer-term opportunities. Candidates must be immediately available.

The essential responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Ensuring all RTW checks are completed
  2. Managing employee files
  3. Chasing references and documents
  4. Updating contracts and terms of employment
  5. Managing a HR inbox
  6. Organising and sending interview confirmations
  7. Efficient collation and processing of timesheets
  8. Assistance with payroll and queries
  9. Other general and ad hoc HR administration duties
  10. Offering a first-class level of support to the HR team

The successful applicant must be proactive and hard-working, with a drive to provide exceptional administration support. Existing knowledge of HR functions is essential, particularly within a similar HR administration or Shared Service Centre environment. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible.
