A leading company in Shrewsbury is seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR function. The role involves maintaining employee records, managing onboarding, and supporting recruitment campaigns. Ideal candidates should have HR experience and strong communication skills.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of the business. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have at least 12 months of HR experience to enable you to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to the role. We may consider applicants who have recently completed CIPD and possess a strong administrative background. You should be a confident communicator with experience contacting candidates, drafting letters, updating HR systems, and preparing contracts.
A basic understanding of employment law is desirable, and we’re looking for someone passionate about learning and developing within HR. You should be a quick learner, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
