We are a company in the Retail sector with a strong presence nationally and internationally. We are looking to hire a fluent German-speaking HR administrator to join our EMEA HR team. Frasers Group has extensive plans to expand in Europe, offering significant career development opportunities.

Function Description

  • Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the main responsibilities include:
  • Registration, filing, and salary processing;
  • Preparing internal and external reports;
  • Coordinating with external entities for report submissions;
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding processes;
  • Creating Holiday Maps and the Annual Training Plan;
  • Developing and monitoring disciplinary procedures;
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures;
  • Collaborating with department managers and providing HR support across the organization;

Qualifications

  • Relevant training in Human Resources, preferably with experience in a multinational environment;
  • Fluent in German;
  • Knowledge of Employment Law;
  • Proficiency in SAP (preferred);
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Analytical skills and teamwork orientation;
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and initiative skills;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with professionalism and ethics;
  • Ability to communicate effectively across hierarchical levels;
  • Availability to travel.
