9am - 5:30pm but flexible hours are possibleMy client is a financial services firm located in the City of London. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 3-month temporary position.
What you’ll do:
- Maintaining the HR database while managing the HR inbox
- General HR administration
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Assisting with on-boarding for new hires
- Coordinating interviews and meetings
- Distributing appraisal forms to employees and line managers
- Updating contracts
Skills required:
- Previous relevant HR admin support/experience
- CIPD qualification, an interest in working towards or desired
- Driven and self-motivated
- Ability to pick things up quickly and use initiative
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively
