What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Support the HR function in Employee Engagement activities, including creating promotional materials, posters, and presentations.

  • Participate in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement, and organisational change.
  • Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes, and other documents as required.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous experience in an administrative environment, preferably within HR.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Willingness to undertake a broad range of tasks and learn new skills.
