My client, a highly reputable company in the financial services sector, is looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis (Tuesday to Thursday) in their city office.

In this key role, you will support the HR function by providing high quality administrative support throughout the employee life cycle from onboarding and offboarding to maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate HR administrative support across onboarding, offboarding and employee changes
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and induction schedules
  • Draft and issue HR-related correspondence, including letters, and policy updates
  • Respond to reference requests
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Respond to general HR queries and escalate complex matters appropriately
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is desirable
  • Degree in HR or related field preferred but not essential
