Salary: Points 7 - 11 of the Support Staff Scale, FTE GBP 25,584 - GBP 27,269 per annum

The Trust was established in 2016 to bring like-minded schools together to deliver a world-class education in Norfolk and Suffolk. It currently comprises 9 secondary and 13 primary schools, educating over 5,500 pupils.

The Role

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic HR Administrator with high standards and effective communication skills to join our Trust.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the primary role involves supporting HR Managers with administration tasks in the day-to-day operations of the central HR office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate investigations and casework meetings with stakeholders
  • Manage multiple diaries in the casework office
  • Prepare invitation letters for meetings
  • Generate and analyze reports for HR Managers
  • Take meeting minutes and prepare notes
  • Assist with subject access requests
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Undertake other duties as reasonably assigned by line management

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum grade C/4 in English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
  • Proficient in ICT, including Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Word
  • Experience in HR or education is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience with MHR iTrent MIS is a plus; training will be provided
