Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Remote with 1 day a week in Becket House, Worthing

Brand: LRG

Hours:27 hours per week, 5 days per week

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • To adhere to our purpose and values statement.
  • To produce excellent relationships within the group.
  • To promote Glassdoor reviews.
  • Working within and promoting compliance with the Group’s Equality and Diversity policy in all areas.
  • Ensuring that any information relating to staff or the Group is treated in the strictest of confidence and in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures and the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • Dealing with holiday entitlement queries and undertaking the annual calculation of holiday entitlements.
  • Assisting in administration tasks across our three key process; new starter, internal changes and leavers.
  • Be a subject matter expert in one key process as well as having additional responsibilities and one extra additional benefit.
  • Maintaining departmental activity report.
  • Carrying out credit checks, as appropriate.
  • Ensuring that all new staff provide documents to prove that they have the right to work in the UK.
  • Ensure data is accurate and participate in data cleanses.
  • Coping with change and implementation of new systems and working practices.
  • Time management dealing with extra responsibilities as well as achieving SLA’s.
  • Administering the periodic contract roll-out.
  • General ad-hoc regional queries (e.g., providing copies of employee information as requested).
  • Support where necessary the administering of the annual salary review process.
  • Supporting the Performance Review process including chasing the return of paperwork and reporting.
  • To support with any HR projects as and when required.
  • 1st point of escalation for phone and email.
  • Assist HR Advisors with note taking in disciplinary meetings.
  • Collaborating with HR Advisor on a variety of projects.
  • Ensure all personnel file, HRIS and any other data bases are kept clean
