HR Administrator needed, paying up to £26k (DOE), standard days – Monday to Friday, based in Elland, for a renowned automotive company that supports and grows employees. The company has a strong reputation within the sector and provides vehicles, equipment, and aftersales services for multiple industries operating within the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR queries from staff and management
  • Manage holidays and staff sickness
  • General administration
  • Support with the recruitment process
  • Record and update systems accordingly
  • Answer incoming calls through the switchboard
  • Comply with and update company policies
  • Any other duties to help support the business

You would be an ideal candidate for the HR Administrator role if you are proficient with Microsoft software packages, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, have operated teams before and have experience within a HR environment.
