Job description

HR Administrator needed in Hereford £12.35ph PAYE - Reference: OR6555

Contract – 3-5 Months Temporary

Hours – 25 – 37 hours per week, 5 days a week

Key Duties -

  1. Organising diaries, booking rooms, updating and maintaining systems, invoicing, supporting events, managing a team inbox and calendar, updating intranet pages.
  2. Managing course administration and attendance invites and records for events and courses.
  3. Gathering feedback and course evaluations, basic data analysis / reporting.
  4. Responsible for team resources – buying, storing and tidying and monitoring resources cupboards and being available for post room tasks.
  5. Researching content for monthly ‘What’s on’ intranet pages and advertising courses and events across the organisation.
  6. Supporting with the scheduling, decorating and maintenance of the teams display areas.
  7. Supporting with work experience requests, induction administration and careers fairs.
  8. Supporting the team with and at council events.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
