Job description

Great opportunity to work as an HR Administrator for our client's busy bakery site.

Staffline is recruiting an HR Administrator in Poole.

The rate of pay is £13.67 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, on a 6-week assignment. The hours of work are:
- 8am to 5pm

Your Time at Work

As an HR Administrator your duties include:

- Manning the absence line and updating the absence tracker
- Updating the absence tracker with medical certificates & RTW forms
- Ensuring employees' files are updated
- Writing and issuing invites to absence review meetings
- Communication with Shift Managers re absent employees
- Responsible for updating core manning (Excel document)
- Liaising with shift managers and Staffline for temp to perm
- Completing the new starter and contract variation paperwork to reflect core manning and sending this off to HR Shared Services.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have a fluent level of English (spoken and written). You will have a good understanding of confidentiality and HR.

Applicants will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Email, Teams, Excel and Word)

Previous admin experience within an office setting is required.
