Applications are invited for the position of HR Administrator to provide support to ensure the smooth running of the HR function as part of a team. The role involves playing a key part in recruitment, from advertisement to onboarding staff, ensuring safer recruitment processes are followed.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team player with good communication skills, high levels of professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information. Ideally, candidates will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or willing to work towards it, and be competent in MS Office.
Our provision caters to students aged 2 to 25, including a nursery, a non-maintained special school for students aged 5 to 19, and St Martin’s, an independent specialist college for students aged 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties, and complex health needs.
