An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential in supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues, and maintaining personnel records. This role is a 9 month FTC for maternity leave cover.
THE ROLE
The key purpose of this role is to support our HR manager and Senior HR administrator. You will be involved in all administrative tasks including sending new starter details out, creating contracts or documenting staff illness and absence.
The HR team deal with confidential information on a daily basis, so discretion and professionalism is key to being successful in this role.
Furthermore, you will be a first point of contact for all new colleagues joining our company so we are really looking for someone who is personable and friendly and goes above and beyond to offer a brilliant service to our colleagues.
