Job description

This role is a 9 month FTC for maternity leave cover.

THE ROLE

The key purpose of this role is to support our HR manager and Senior HR administrator. You will be involved in all administrative tasks including sending new starter details out, creating contracts or documenting staff illness and absence.

The HR team deal with confidential information on a daily basis, so discretion and professionalism is key to being successful in this role.

Furthermore, you will be a first point of contact for all new colleagues joining our company so we are really looking for someone who is personable and friendly and goes above and beyond to offer a brilliant service to our colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Providing full HR administration support to all colleagues across the business.
  • Producing correspondence relating to employees change of circumstances.
  • Processing new starters and leavers.
  • Sending out contracts and information packs to new colleagues.
  • Obtaining references.
  • Completing checks in order to register relevant individuals with the Financial Conduct Authority.
  • Documenting relevant sickness/absence administration.
  • Creating individual personnel files and their ongoing maintenance.
  • Supporting the Resourcing Business Partner with recruitment administration.
