HR Administrator

Fixed term contract - Preferably 5th May 2025 to 31st August 2026.

The Team: The People Hub are a team of HR generalists who provide first line HR customer service to employees and line managers across the business. They are responsible for providing HR support throughout the employee life cycle.

Your Role: You will be the first point of call for all People Operation matters and will be responsible for the delivery of all first line HR support and HR administration to over 3,000 employees.

Day to day:

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

1. Providing advice and assistance to employees, line managers and HR Business Partners across the Organisation.
2. Maintaining accurate HR records on SAP, this includes identifying any incorrect information and updating the error or escalating where necessary.
3. Co-ordinating and processing all new starters & leavers within the Company.
4. Processing maternity / paternity / adoption / shared parental leave cases.
5. Maintaining accurate benefit information via the BenefitsHub platform.
6. Compiling and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with UK data protection legislation.
7. Logging and monitoring sickness, and all other types of absence.
8. Producing letters and drafting contracts for contractual changes.
9. Compiling redundancy calculation costs when required.
10. Answering Subject Access Requests.
11. Building and managing relationships with stakeholders.
12. Working closely with payroll to answer payroll related queries.

What we’re looking for from you:

1. Previous HR administration experience.
2. The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business and seniority.
3. High attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
5. Previous experience with SAP desired, but not essential.
