HR Administrator position based in Lutterworth. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to become permanent and offers numerous benefits.

My client is a large, well-known charity in Lutterworth seeking a HR Administrator to support their expanding team. The role includes 3 days of remote work per week.

Description
  • Provide efficient HR administrative support to the People & Culture team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, including leave, starters/leavers, and attendance.
  • Manage the People & Culture inbox, responding promptly and professionally to queries.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and handling documentation.
  • Support and train system users across the organization.
  • Coordinate learning and development administration with internal and external providers.
  • Assist with payroll data processing related to absence, schedules, and new starters.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and employee relations activities.
Profile
  • Experience as a HR Administrator or People & Culture Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong data handling, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and collaboratively, meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to commute to Lutterworth twice a week.
  • Available for a 12-month contract.
