The Role

The HR Administrator is a vital member of the core HR function, known as the People Centre, working collaboratively within a dedicated team of three. This position serves as the cornerstone for all people-related transactions and frequently acts as the initial point of contact for employee enquiries. The HR Administrator liaises extensively across multiple areas of PRS for Music, providing comprehensive support to employees and line managers, as well as facilitating the induction of new joiners to the organisation. This role is committed to delivering an efficient, accurate, and confidential HR administration service, while proactively supporting the objectives of the People Centre.

Responsibilities

As our HR Administrator, some of your day to day duties will include…

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR admin queries by responding to all queries to the PeopleCentre email address and self service queries raised via the HR self service portal (MyView).
  • Accurately input employee data onto the HR database (ResourceLink) within agreed service level agreements e.g. for new employees, employee transfers, salary and benefit changes and leavers and passing all information promptly to colleagues in Payroll
  • To conduct and ensure effective and timely delivery of HR operational processes e.g. new starter and leaver processes, probationary reviews, new manager inductions etc, all within agreed service level agreements
  • Maintaining the integrity of HR information and filing systems, remaining conscious of GDPR requirements at all times, production of the updated monthly organisation chart
  • Support to the on-boarding of new hires, including preparation of contracts, offer letters, starter packs, and providing employee induction

  • CIPD Associate qualification or equvalent

The Process

Our Interview Process For This Role Is Simple

  • First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
