Wates is seeking an HR Administrator to provide support to its property services team in London. This role involves managing employee queries, facilitating onboarding processes, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have administrative experience and be CIPD Level 3 qualified, ready to thrive in a supportive, family-run business.

We have a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our WPS team based in our Finsbury Park office, providing administrative support to managers and employees within our Wates Property Services Business.

The HR Administrator’s role is to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle efficiently and customer-focused through effective administration and assistance on all employee-related HR transactional processes, ensuring data integrity and input of employee information into our HR database.
Key Responsibilities:
We seek candidates with administrative experience in a busy HR environment and ideally CIPD Level 3 qualification. Excellent communication skills, motivation, and attention to detail are essential.
This role requires undergoing a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS). Applicants with criminal convictions will be assessed individually. Additional pre-employment checks may be required.
