Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update employee records with precision and confidentiality.
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to leaver administration.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including contracts and policy updates.
  • Help ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant employment legislation and internal procedures.
  • Provide administrative assistance for various HR processes, such as performance reviews, training, and probationary meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, escalating complex issues to senior HR team members.
  • Contribute to the preparation of payroll data by collating and submitting necessary employee information.
  • Provide administrative support during HR meetings, including minute-taking.
