Location: Manchester with some flexibility to work remotely

This is a permanent, part-time vacancy that will close in 19 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Hours: 21 hours per week (days to be agreed)

Do you want to start your career in HR in an exciting, fast-paced environment?

We have an opportunity in our HR team for a candidate with administrative experience and confident communication skills to help us deliver excellent HR services to the organization.

As the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and line managers, you will provide information about HR policies and processes. You will be responsible for creating correspondence and HR-related documentation, maintaining accurate databases, letter templates, and filing systems. You will support all HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, benefits, contractual changes, training, exit arrangements, and payroll coordination with payroll team members.

Our ideal candidate will have good administrative experience, preferably within an HR environment. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and line managers at all levels. With meticulous attention to detail, you will maintain data systems and records, prioritize your workload, and adapt efficiently to changes. You should be customer-focused, capable of interacting with a wide variety of people.
