Join Tetra Tech’s UK Human Resources Team at the heart of our business and be part of ourjourney.We are searching for an Administrator to join ourever evolving and transformingHR Service Centre.

This role offers a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities, often changing day to day. The ideal candidate will be resilient,proactive and well organised, with exceptional administrative skills and outstanding attention to detail. Someone who rolls their sleeves up and gets stuckintothe task at hand.

The role reports intotheHR Shared Services Manager but you will need to be able to build strong relationships across the business.We expect the role to evolve and develop over time andwe would be delighted to see you progressand grow, with all the encouragementthat our strong, supportiveandcommittedteam can offer you.

Examples of the tasks you will undertake are:

  • Working with the Learning & Development team to arrange and book training courses with external provid ers using an in-house system.
  • Setting up and managing training providers.
  • Inputting, processingand maintaining data on our systems.
  • Maintainingconsistent HR records, ensuring accuracy of information in line with Data Protection requirements.
  • Monitoringfixed term contracts and contract staff end dates.
  • Respondingto requests forwork experience placements.
  • Responding to requests for references.
  • Accurately producingand distributingwritten communications,egletters, reference requests, emails etc.
  • Working on sickness, annual leave and probation records
  • Basic analysis and reporting on data using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Electronically filing all relevant paperwork in appropriate location/file format.
  • Undertakingany reasonable activity in line with the requirements of the role.
  • Producing and manipulating reports

  • A proactive approach.
  • Previous administrativeexperience.
  • To be able to understand, interpret and communicate issues to customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • To be able to work with minimal supervision and manage own workload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A high level of customer awareness and commitment to deliver a high standard of service.
  • To be computer literate with good knowledge of relevant software packages including intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • An interest in systems and databases.
