Position Overview:

Due to rapid expansion of this business, they are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to join their team in Leeds. The primary focus of this role will be on managing all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all related paperwork is completed accurately and on time. The HR Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining our HR system to track employee data and HR metrics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and verify the required credentials.
  • Facilitate orientation programs and ensure new employees receive necessary training and resources.
  • Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including the preparation of resignation letters and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during offboarding.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records in line with data protection regulations.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is completed, filed, and archived appropriately.
  • Update HR metrics reports related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • HR System: Manage and update the HR system to maintain accurate employee data.
  • Analyse and report on data trends related to employee turnover and retention.
  • Collaborate with IT support to resolve any technical issues related to employee data management.
  • Support and Communication: Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries related to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications/Educational Background:

  • CIPD Qualified Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
  • GCSE's in Maths & English

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration role, preferably within the healthcare or dental sector although not essential
  • Previous office experience and Microsoft Office experience
  • Minium of 1 year's previous experience working in a HR administration role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, particularly onboarding and offboarding.
  • Experience of working in a corporate or head office setting with high volume employees

Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with HR management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Working Conditions:

  • Based in a Leeds working in high energy and fast paced environment, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.00pm
  • Corporate and professional environment, therefore, the successful candidate will be polished and professional in their presentation/appearance and communication skills.
