HR Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Administrator to join the Human Resources department at a well renown company based in Thornton-Cleveleys. The successful candidate will join the team responsible for all areas of administration making this an excellent opportunity to learn from your peers and gain valuable experience as part of the role. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Logging and updating details of all employees on the company database
  • Processing vital documentation such as right to work documents and DBS checks
  • Dealing with general HR enquiries from employees and escalating cases where appropriate
  • Supporting inductions and ensuring all relevant procedures with new employees are adhered to
  • Handling the disposal of outdated employee records
  • Filing and maintaining an organised workspace in the department
  • Supporting HR advisors by providing vital information for cases
  • Assist with all audits as required
