Key Responsibilities for the position include:
Admin Support: Responding to emails and general queries Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail and parcels Helping with day-to-day office tasks as required Reception Cover: Welcoming visitors and ensuring they’re signed in/out correctly Answering reception queries professionally and efficiently Acting as the first point of contact for anyone entering the building
Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
Great communication and interpersonal skills Organised, reliable and happy to pitch in wherever needed Previous admin or reception experience would be helpful but not essential Available to start immediately and commit to full-time hours
