Trident Group is seeking an HR Administrator to support the People & Culture team across the employee lifecycle. You will maintain accurate records, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and learning administration, and help generate HR reports and correspondence.
The role focuses on confidentiality, customer-focused service delivery, and timely HR processes within a Growing Midlands housing group.
The HR Administrator will be a key point of contact for employees, managers and colleagues within People & Culture, supporting the effective delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role will provide coordinated administrative support to the People & Culture function leads, helping to ensure that people services are organised, timely, confidential and customer-focused. The postholder will maintain accurate employee records, support recruitment and onboarding activity, coordinate learning and development administration, and assist with HR reporting, correspondence and day-to-day service delivery.
