This position is for a temporary HR Administrator who will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks within the HR department of a well-established Medical and Nursing organisation in Coventry. This HR Administrator role requires the candidate to be immediately available.

Description

  1. Organise interviews for shortlisted applicants.
  2. Oversee preparation and distribution of interview and assessment packs.
  3. Check recruitment request forms and job descriptions for compliance with the Recruitment and Selection policy.
  4. Advertise vacancies as per recruitment requests from hiring managers.
  5. Manage documentation for probationary reviews.
  6. Guide Line Managers through the probation process.
  7. Ensure timely communication of probation outcomes to HR.
