HR Administrator - 6 months FTC
£28k - Doncaster DN5
The position of HR Administrator is a 6 month FTC to cover maternity and includes:
Hours: 40 hrs per week 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays (P/R)
Pension: The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. In addition, for every 1% the employee contributes the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10%

Based in Doncaster, the HR Administrator will support the team in handling employee relations issues, talent and succession, training development, administer comps and benefits, pension schemes, absence management and performance management/appraisals.
The HR Administrator will need:
CIPD level 3 and experience from within manufacturing
