Are you a confident, proactive HR professional ready to make a real impact? We're working with a fantastic company based in Doncaster who are on the lookout for a dynamic HR Administrator to join their growing team!


We're excited to help them find someone who's not just experienced in HR, but passionate about supporting hiring managers and driving people initiatives across the business.


What's on Offer:





    • Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm, Permanent role





    • Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + bonus scheme





    • Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

About the Role:


You'll be the go-to person for HR advice, working closely with managers across departments to support recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices. This is a hands-on role where your confidence and proactive approach will shine.


What We're Looking For:




    • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships across the business





    • Someone proactive, solutions-focused, and ready to take initiative





    • Experience in a generalist HR role





    • CIPD qualification is a bonus - but not essential!
