Job summary

Une opportunité temporaire pour un Administrateur RH dans une organisation de fabrication à Derby. Le rôle est entièrement sur site et nécessite de l'expérience préalable dans une position RH, avec un calendrier de travail de 9h à 17h30 du lundi au vendredi. Job Description

HR Administrator:

  • Provide HR advice in regards to policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager
  • Assist HR team to co-ordinate and oversee the end to end lifecycle of recruitment, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, workforce changes
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee HR queries
  • Assist with Recruitment Campaigns, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews
  • Maintain data accuracy
  • Note taking at meetings, including disciplinary and grievance hearings
  • Work to continuously improve the HR services to enhance organisational performance
  • Maintain accurate Training records and co-ordinate and arrange training for employees
  • Assist with the monitoring of long and short term absence

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have previously worked in a HR Administrator role
  • HR qualification, degree or CIPD desirable but not essential
  • The role would suit someone looking for their next step in HR
  • Must have previously worked in a HR role and team with excellent administrative skills
  • Must have a positive approach to work and remain professional
  • Able to work with various teams across an organisation
