Job description

Hi Spec Motorsport Ltd is a well established engineering company based in Dartford, manufacturing British made components for road and track cars.

We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to join us on a permanent basis.

It is a part time position (hours are flexible and can be discussed) in a small, close knit office for a confident and capable candidate.

This role would suit someone who is well organised with a strong attention to detail as you will play a vital role in supporting the team. The ideal applicant must possess the ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

About the role.

Your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening applicants and coordinating interviews
  • Facilitate new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs
  • Assist employees with any issues that arise and work towards finding effective solutions
  • Oversee staff workload to maximise production within the company
  • Provide employee support, acting as the first point of contact for staff queries
