Job summary

A growing business in London is seeking a proactive HR Administrator for a hybrid role. This position supports the People team across UK and US operations, maintaining accurate records and assisting with onboarding and compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in HR roles, familiarity with BambooHR or TriNet, and a keen detail-oriented approach. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact on a short-term contract.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an HR Administrator, Coordinator, or Assistant role.
  • Familiarity with BambooHR and/or TriNet is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of UK and US HR processes.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisation skills.
  • Confident working independently in a fast-moving, agile team.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and issue contracts and offer letters for UK & US.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with onboarding and benefits administration via TriNet.
  • Prepare reports on headcount, starters/leavers, pay changes.

Job description

HR Administrator - Hybrid

Location: London (City-based, hybrid working)

Rate: £15-£16 per hour

Contract: 8 weeks

Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support a fast-paced People team across both UK and US operations. Based in central London, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business on a short-term contract and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

HR Admin & Systems

  • Draft and issue contracts and offer letters (UK & US)
  • Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR
  • Support day-to-day updates, reporting, and compliance

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Liaise with managers and IT for smooth start and exit experiences

US Support (TriNet)

  • Assist with onboarding and benefits administration via TriNet
  • Track time off, manage timesheets, and update payroll data

General HR Support

  • Prepare reports (headcount, starters/leavers, pay changes)
  • Respond to employee queries and escalate where needed
  • Provide admin support for employee relations, including note-taking

About You

  • Experience in an HR Administrator, Coordinator, or Assistant role
  • Familiarity with BambooHR and/or TriNet is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of UK and US HR processes
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisation skills
  • Confident working independently in a fast-moving, agile team
