The Role

A great opportunity to join our busy HR Team, providing administration support to the HR Business Partners across the department.

Are you looking to start your career in HR? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy HR team. No prior HR experience required just a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn. In return you can expect full training and ongoing support in a friendly, supportive team environment, with opportunities to further develop your HR skills & knowledge.

Reporting to the Head of HR, duties and responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:

· Assisting with day-to-day HR administration tasks

· Maintaining accurate employee records and databases

· Supporting the recruitment process and onboarding of new starters

· Handling general HR enquiries from employees and managers

· Helping with HR projects and initiatives

· Good attention to detail and accuracy

· Confident communicator, both written and verbal

· Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

· Good organisational skills and ability to manage your time effectively

· Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
