Location: Burton DE14

Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Friday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Start Date: Immediate

About the role:

The HR Admin Apprentice will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Operations with administrative duties
  • Converting Job Descriptions into Advertisements in collaboration with the wider business
  • Auditing vacancies on the ATS to ensure correct approvals and benefit alignments
  • Completing reports
  • Liaising with candidates and clients via email and phone
  • Registering new candidates and verifying their details
  • Formulating contracts
  • Managing and updating the CRM system
  • Obtaining reference checks from companies
  • Rewriting and submitting CVs to clients
Essential skills and qualities:
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Proactive attitude
  • Good team player
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • GCSEs in Maths and English with at least a grade C / 4
  • Alignment with company values: Integrity, Caring, and Quality
  • High IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail when handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
