We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-lovingHR Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced People Operations team in Bristol. You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about making work better for everyone—and you’ll play a key role in making that happen.

What you'll be doing

  • Keeping our HR system (Cascade) accurate and up to date
  • Preparing contracts, change letters, and reports
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle—from offers to offboarding
  • Helping get everything ready for payroll each month
  • Managing invoices and raising POs through NetSuite
  • Building great relationships across our UK offices
  • Being the friendly first point of contact via our People inbox
  • Getting involved in continuous improvement and wider projects
  • Keeping an eye on costs and suggesting smarter ways of working

Your Experience

  • You’ve got experience in HR administration or coordination
  • CIPD Level 3 is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker
  • You’re confident using HR systems (Cascade is a plus)
  • You’re digitally savvy and great with Microsoft 365
  • You’re a clear communicator who’s comfortable talking to anyone
  • You love a good process and take pride in getting the details right
  • You’re calm under pressure and great at juggling tasks
  • Comfortable handling sensitive info with care and discretion
  • Confident team player with initiative and a can-do attitude
