A leading consultancy is seeking a motivated HR Administrator for a full-time, fixed-term role based in Brackley. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration, ensuring efficient delivery of services. The position offers a starting salary of up to £30,000, along with benefits like bank holidays and pension contributions.
As HR Administrator you will be working as part of a small HR team who assist the Director of HR and the HR team with the day-to-day HR transactional operations.The role is full time and fixed term contract for 3-6 months with the potential to extend.You will be based onsite in their modern Brackley office, hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and offering a starting salary of up to £30,000.
This role will suit an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR department across a range of activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of day-to-day HR services.
