Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a full-time HR Administrator to provide post-recruitment and onboarding support. This role offers £25,480–£26,480, with a performance-based bonus. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, processing checks, and liaising with employees. The candidate must have relevant HR experience and strong IT skills. This hybrid position involves 4 days in the office and some remote work after probation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or employee onboarding environment is essential.
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft applications required.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and process right-to-work checks for personnel.
  • Administer and apply for criminal record checks.
  • Process applications for airport ID passes.
  • Liaise with employees for onboarding information.
  • Issue employee employment contracts.
  • Book employees for training courses.
  • Update training records and HR databases.
  • Prepare recruitment and onboarding reports.
